Add a "Flagged Email" folder in Favorites (of Navigation Pane) for Outlook 2010

I don't remember ever have to set this up before, but I don't see it in my Outlook 2010 at work.  Here are the steps:

1. In Navigation pane, right-click on "Search Folders", select "New Search Folder"
2. In the dialogue box, under "Reading Mail", select "Mail flagged for follow up", then click "OK"
3. A new folder shows up in the Search Folders.  Right-click on that and select "Show in Favorites"
4. Press the Easy button.
